Take old probiotics with new onesUpdated a year ago
If you have been on the current probiotics for a while and do not see changes in current symptoms, it might be best to replace your current probiotic with your recommended probiotic. There are many deficient bacterias as well as a few pathogens.
However, if you feel like your current probiotic is helpful, we would recommend alternating times of day that you take the probiotics. For example, Ombre in the morning and your other probiotic in the evening. The recommended one is a high CFU therefore we would additionally suggest for the first week to only take the Ombre probiotic and then start incorporating your current probiotic.
