Our personalization works in 2 ways. 

1. We use a survey to determine your health goals, symptoms, and more

2. We use the test result to see if you have an overgrowth of specific bad bacteria and provide probiotic strains that create bacterocins which are proteins that act as natural antibiotics to reduce said bad bacteria. Additionally, we review the abundance and distribution of beneficial bacteria and determine if specific probiotic strains are needed to boost these bacteria.
