Bacteria - EubacteriumUpdated a year ago

Eubacterium is a large and diverse genus of bacteria. Some bacteria in this genus do more harm than good and produce compounds such as trimethylamine which has been associated with an increased risk of heart disease. Most Eubacterium are beneficial though and help to increase vitamin absorption, synthesize proteins, digest resistant starches and much more. Having a healthy population of beneficial eubacterium is important for a healthy microbiome. Some foods to incorporate to increase your healthy eubacterium levels are fish, garlic, onions, and dark leafy greens. If you want to read more, I have linked an article below.
