When should you not take probiotics?Updated 7 months ago

  • If taking an antibiotic,  it is recommended to take a probiotic either 1-2 hours before or 1-2 hours after antibiotic consumption.

  • If taking an antifungal medication, it is recommended to take a probiotic (if one of the probiotic strains are Saccharomyces boulardii) 1-2 hours away from the medication.
