Ombre probiotics use milk and soy as the culture to grow the bacterial strains. After the fermentation process (bacteria are fed from the culture), the leftover residue of dairy and soy are in undetectable amounts.
Although the milk and soy content is found in undetectable amounts, nonetheless, for food safety labeling and regulations we list them as potential allergens.
