If you'd like to make a return, you can make a request within 30-days of your purchase. Returns include a 25% restocking fee and a $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your original payment.


To submit a return request, please email customer care at [email protected] or chat with our agents (MF 9am-5pm PST). After the 30-day period, we are unable to issue a refund. Once we receive the return, it will take 5-10 days to process. 


If you had three sample failures, we will offer a complete refund for your kit. Orders placed 6 months ago or more are only given Ombre gift card. 


If your retail kit was purchased from an authorized seller and the sample could not be processed or did not reach the lab, you can request a replacement directly from Ombre. For refunds through the authorized seller, contact their customer care team. If you prefer not to proceed with the retailer or if you could not get a refund, you can request merchandise store credit from Ombre. Ombre cannot process credit refunds since it was purchased directly from an authorized seller.


If you purchase a kit in the US and brought it back to a different country, we cannot offer any replacements or refunds for these orders. 


All sales final for:

  • Used, open, or registered test kits.

  • Probiotics that have been used.

  • Premium report.

  • All international orders.

  • Thryve Gut Health Kits and Probiotics
