If an order is refused and returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label, it may result in delays in processing your return or refund. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we strongly recommend contacting our customer care team at [email protected] to request an RMA label before returning your order.

For all other reasons listed below, orders returned to us are eligible for a replacement:

    •    Unclaimed

    •    No Such Address

    •    Address Incomplete

    •    Moved/Unknown

    •    Forwarded to Return
