If an order is refused and returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label, it may result in delays in processing your return or refund. For all other reasons listed below, orders returned to us are eligible for a replacement:

• No Such Address
• Address Incomplete
• Moved/Unknown
• Forwarded to Return
