Test Kit Registration Policy
It’s important to register your Ombre test kit before mailing your sample. Without registration, our lab will not be able to link your results to your account.
Replacement Policy for Unregistered Kits:
• Customers can request a replacement kit, subject to a $30 processing fee.
• All test kits shipped from our fulfillment center are not pre-registered. Order numbers or customer names are not tied to a kit ID until it is registered on the customer’s Ombre account.
If you’ve received a replacement kit, please note the following:
• Unregistered kits are discarded after 30 days.
• Replacement kits come with a new activation code and do not use the same code as the original kit.
• You must register the new activation code before returning your sample to the lab.
Providing or activating the code after the 30-day unregistered period will be too late, and you will need to go through the replacement process again, including the $30 processing fee.
