Once your sample arrives at the lab, processing typically takes 2–3 weeks.

    •    Tracking Progress

To check your sample’s status, log in and go to the “My Kits” section. If the status does not show as “Processing” or “Analyzing,” please allow up to one day for updates. If the status still shows “Registered” after 5–10 days, this may indicate that your sample has not yet reached the lab.

    •    Confirming Receipt

If you’d like to confirm that the lab received your sample, please contact us with your name, email, and kit ID.

You will receive an email notification to view your results as soon as your sample has been processed.
