How do I pay for my lab fee?Updated 4 months ago

On your dashboard, you will need to click on Need to Pay Lab Fee.

You'll be directed to your cart and you can click Go to Checkout.

In the checkout screen, enter your billing info and credit card info. Once it is filled, you can process the payment.

After paying for your lab fee, you can ship your sample. Results will be completed within 2-4 weeks.

Please note: All samples that are received without registration or unpaid lab fees are held 30 days.
