How do I activate my kit?Updated 7 months ago
1. New Users
When you receive your kit, you’ll need to manually enter the activation code to create your account. This is a one-time step, and once completed, your kit will be permanently linked as your personal sample.
2. Existing Users
To activate your new kit, log in and click on Register Kit in the top menu. Locate the 5-character alphanumeric code on the bookmark included in your test kit or on the sample tube. Enter this code to complete activation.
