Cancellations and ReturnsUpdated 8 months ago

Once an order has been placed, it is automatically dropped to the shipment queue. Occasionally, cancellation requests before it ships can be made but changes are not guaranteed nor always possible depending on the order's current state. If a customer changes their mind about an order, this will be considered a return and treated accordingly. Orders made on weekends or after business hours may be cancelled next business day, but not guaranteed.

If you need to make a small change to your order after its been placed, reach out to us immediately at [email protected]. Please include your order number in the subject line. 

We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, so changing or cancelling an order that has already been placed is not always possible. If we are unable to adjust your order, then we will notify you.

If a cancellation request is logged after an order has already been labeled, shipped out or delivered, it can be processed as a return with a 25% restocking fee + $6 return shipping label.

To submit a return request it must be within 30 days after delivery date. After the 30-day period, we are unable to issue merchandise credit. 

If you had three sample failures, we will offer a complete refund for your kit.

All sales final for:

  • Used, open, or registered test kits.

  • Probiotics that have been used.

  • Premium health report.

  • All international orders.
