Once an order is placed, it is automatically added to the shipping queue. While we try our best to accommodate cancellation requests before an order ships, changes cannot be guaranteed and depend on the current status of the order. If a customer changes their mind about an order, it will be treated as a return in accordance with our return policy. Orders placed on weekends or after business hours may be eligible for cancellation the next business day, but this is not guaranteed.

For small changes to your order, please reach out to us immediately at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. If we are unable to adjust your order, we will notify you.

If a cancellation request is submitted after an order has been labeled, shipped, or delivered, it will be processed as a return, subject to a 25% restocking fee and a $6 return shipping fee.

Return Policy:

    • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After the 30-day period, we cannot issue merchandise credit.

    • If you experience three sample failures, we will provide a full refund for your kit.

All Sales Final:

    • Used, opened, or registered test kits.

    • Probiotics that have been used.

    • Premium health reports.

    • All international orders.

    • Thryve Gut Health Kits and Probiotics.
