When our lab receives your sample, processing typically takes between 2-3 weeks. Once processing is complete, you will receive an email notification to view your health report.

To monitor the status of your sample, please log in and visit 'My Kits.' If the status does not display "Processing" or "Analyzing," please allow up to one day for the lab to update this information.

If your status continues to show "Registered" for 5-10 days, it may indicate a delay in handling. If this status persists for an extended period, your sample may not have reached the lab yet.

Should you need to confirm receipt of your sample by the lab, please contact us via chat or email with your name, email, and activation code.
